Wander Clothing came to us in early 2023 as a brand new retail business, referred by another merchant of ours who has had a great experience with Heartland POS for years! We had the pleasure of setting up Nicole - the founder of Wander Clothing - on everything she needed from POS software licensing to payment processing, and even her POS station hardware.

Q: How has Heartland POS and the CRS Support Team impacted your business?
A: When I was about to open my clothing store I had no idea how to work my system or set it up. The [CRS Support] team showed up and walked me through how to use Heartland and guided me each step of the way on how to input my inventory to plugging in my printers and setting it all up to run smoothly. When something goes wrong they are just a phone call away.
Q: How was the learning and training experience for you and your staff?
A: We spent a few hours together at my store setting everything up and making sure it ran smoothly then the team showed me how to use everything. I walked in not knowing anything and felt confident to open my store and run the system by the time they left.
Q: It's so great to hear our team was able to get you into a spot where you felt confident on opening day! Let's talk a little bit about the software itself. What are some of your favorite functions or features of Heartland POS?
A: I like that I am able to open a chat link on the spot if I need help with anything right in the system. It’s also nice to be able to run core reports within the system at any time. Checking and comparing months from season to season is ideal!
